x986123 Posted August 3, 2007 Author Share Posted August 3, 2007 how about the problem where 10.4.7 and lower need to be used to format partition to be hfs+ because it says 10.4.8 formats it for efi bios users. did yours work without using earlier version to format? also. the patch is 631 mb or about that right? I tried your method-patched iso and burned at 1x. it failed a little bit later then usual but ya.. failed. and i'm burning on dual layer disks.. because my dvd drive is cant burn normal dvds on vista (incompatibility with vista) Are dual layers ok????? WTF IS GOING ON! it fails at 20% BSD subsystem writing files 22% I just dont get it... and my dell won't boot my dvd, its set to boot from cd/dvd but it wont. gunna call tech support on dell for the boot not working (not gunna mention 10.4.8 jas) If anyone has other sugestions. please I am REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY desperate!! I need ATI X1300 driver for osx86 and sound driver for vetra cartel beach sound card! Help me locate them please!
