evopanop Posted July 29, 2007 Share Posted July 29, 2007 I got the Uphuck 10.4.9 v1.4i R2 to install fine on my machine, but when I go to boot up OSX it comes up with "System config file 'com.apple.Boot.plist' not found" Any ideas? Shadowu0083 Posted July 29, 2007 Share Posted July 29, 2007 Check your boot device, could still booting from DVD. Remember to remove uphuck from DVD-Rom and choose hard drive as your device. evopanop Posted July 29, 2007 Author Share Posted July 29, 2007 Well, the problem is.. without the DVD in the drive, the boot just hangs. It comes up with the flashing cursor and just sits there. However, if I boot up into the Uphuck install DVD and go into the Boot options menu and tell it to start from the hard drive and not the DVD on next boot, it works then; but, it gives me that "System config file 'com.apple.Boot.plist' not found" error.
