heliumkg Posted July 27, 2007 Share Posted July 27, 2007 Hi Everyone, I've also been stuck at the Kernel version message when trying to install using "Mac OS X 10.4.6 x86 Install DVD (JaS)" and "Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].iso" as well. My laptop's PhoenixBios setup has limited features and does not have any power management settings. Any ideas? Do you guys think getting/using uphuck 10.4.9 would help even though I can't change the bios settings?
