jchanc04
This Kernel is still a work in progress. EDIT: Removed content violating DMCA However, users are still reporting problems, and he has found still another process that needs SSE3 emulation. I am waiting until Maxxuss gets all the bugs ironed out to ungrade my computer. Apple made this new version a lot harder to run on SSE2 (they included more SSE3 instructions). However, considereing Maxxuss's past success, I do not think that something like this will stop him. bjr1028
1. The current intel version is Mac OS X is pre-release software designed to only work with the Apple development machines, not everyone's computer. By using it you are taking your chances, both legally and with it actually working right. The final version will not be designed to work on non-Apple systems either. 2. Don't count on the Soundblaster working...ever. Apple kind of screwed Creative over when then tried to bring the soundblaster line over to the Mac several years back. Apple wouldn't give them any real support with OS9 and they shut them out of OSX completely.
