DrSupachicken
Hi Guys, My OSx86 box runs perfect! It's fast and snappy and I imagine when I bump the up RAM it will be even better. Now I am looking at putting in a 7300GT and picking up two Benq 20" Widescreen LCDs to connect to it. I'll be building a newer box in a couple weeks with a big CPU and GFX so that is why I am only putting a 7300GT in this one, but I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with the Benq LCDs? My current monitor is a CRT and it is not perfect, when it is set at a really low resolution it fits the screen perferectly but when I use higher resolution which I prefer it does not fit screen the screen perfectly and it curves and warps a little bit down the bottom. So if anyone knows anything about the Benqs I would like to hear it. Cheers. Canadian DSM
Nothing wrong with the BenQ LCD's. They've got good bang for the buck. Also look at the 19" or 20" widescreen Samsung's. You'll pay a bit more, but the black glossy ones really look nice. Dell also make nice monitors, but BenQ is definitely a good budget monitor! Better than the Acer's in my opinion. Danyel
Hi DrSupaChicken: I have used Acer LCD Flat Panels (Widescreen and Standard) and the quality (screen clarity and brightness) has been good so far.
