Alltough there are a few things i still miss: QE for my intel integrated 852GM Functional SD-card reader (Ricoh media bay controler) When i insert a SD in the reader a little icon shows in the menu bar. If i click the icon it says the right name of the reader and i have a power off card option. But how do i actually get to the content? Will i have to install something? Do you know what type of SD-reader you have? Yup just worked with 10.4.1 native. I have no idea which card reader I have, apart from being the default 3 in 1 reader that comes in Alienware Sentia notebooks. I just checked System Profiler for a clue, but there is nothing obvious listed there. shriek Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 hi, just installed osx 10.4.4 and I have also this issue: I have a Ricoh PCMCIA card reader that is detected (i get an icon in the bar) but then nothing else happens, no icon appears. did you find any solution?
