tommerz
Hey everyone, I just had an idea whilst look around at old Macs, could you get a G3 Imac and mod it to contain a newer computer (ie: maybe a Dell inside, or a laptop). This could be a sweet way to get a cheap, powerful and ascetically pleasing system. Any thoughts? Windows RG
its possible. i have a g3 and just looked inside it...... i dont think the original monitor will work for its integrated to the logic board. the G3 screen is 15 inch with 13" viewable..... so find a 15 or 13 inch monitor and remove the shell and try to fit it in their. the mobo doest have standard ports either so good luck with that. very cramped...... i would suggjest a MINI-ITX with a mobile pentium M. if you dont kno what MINI ITX is the PM me.
