jake123 Posted July 10, 2007 Share Posted July 10, 2007 I got the 10.4.10 update so I could use my iPhone with my m1210. It installed perfectly and worked when i rebooted. I took my old kext's from my extensions folder and replaced them. It said i didnt have permission after coping about 200 files so i rebooted. Then it said my ps2 or my mouse kext was bad. My mouse didnt work zo i hit repair with the os x cd after booting with it. I rebooted and got a kernal error. I have pretty importantfiles on the drive that i would like to get off of it. I did a ghost backup before updating... I tried to restore it but it said thedestionation drive was not big enough. i tried to reinstall the miki kernal from my jas sse3 10.4.8 dvd And i still get a kernal panic! What do i do? I need my files, i'm even posting from my iphone so i dont loose the data!
