uni
hey all, has anyone put a video file full screen with quicktime on leopard yet? it doesn't fill up the top 10 pixels or so of the screen where the menu bar is and shows the wallpaper instead. Odd little error just want to know if anyone else has seen it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56535-strange-full-screen-quicktime-behaviour/ Share on other sites

hazkid
It happens every now and then to me too. I just quit QT and open it again. Edit: Actually, it only happens after i have pressed the "stretch to fill screen" button. On the floating controls, it is next to the "exit full screen button". It is very useful, because it only stretches the sides of the picture, so the center stays normal looking. PowerPC 6100/60
Has never happened to me. Might be a system-spec related thing. I've got QT 7 Pro, everything seems fine. I have a boatload of codecs installed, things seem pretty smooth, other than Quicklook sometimes taking a bit longer than one would expect to show a preview of certain video formats/containers. Not a big deal though, performance is still acceptable. My specs: Leopard 9a466 - clean install, no upgrade iMac Core Duo 1.83ghz 1gb RAM Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56535-strange-full-screen-quicktime-behaviour/#findComment-404296 Share on other sites
