Installed boot camp, followed all instructions, installed XP SP2 in FAT32 partition, installed Mac drivers... but the internet isn't working. I have both wireless and ethernet, they are both there in the icon tray but with a yellow tringle saying "limited or no internet connectivity". Tried everything but I couldn't connect to internet.

Went for help using parallels Desktop, created a virtual machine using my above boot camp partition, and parallels started my XP SP2 within OS X. No problems here with internet and everything is working fine.

Booted again using boot camp, yet again, no internet connection. I disabled in turn both wireless and the ethernet connection and tired each individually, but that didn't solve the problem. Took the network - internet - cord off and in, didn't solve the problem.

Oh yes, there is another problem. When I connect my Lacie mobile drive, it doesn't show up in XP, it is just not there.

Re-installed Mac drivers and chose "repair", that didn't solve the problem. Note that all other, except my mobile drive, stuff work like isight camera, memory card reader via usb, etc etc.

I ran out of solutions and coming to you guys for help. I searched the Boot Camp forum but I coudn't find anybody posted the same problem, so here goes mine if somebody has a solution. Thanks.

One thing to try, from your systray, (should be at bottom right of the screen), you should have a icon for both your wireless and wired network connections. What do they show? Try to right click on the icon in the systray and select repair. Often times this will fix a jam in XP on internet connection.

Also check your wireless and wired hard ware in device manager. To get there, Control Panel--System--hardware--device manager. Check and see what you have there. Most times the yellow! means you have a driver issue. You might try deleting them and then rebooting into XP. XP will rediscover them and reintall them. Might fix the problem.
