DrSupachicken Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Hi Guys, I'm running OSX 10.4.9 on my system which everything works. FCS2 setup worked perfectly, only apps installed. All the apps work bar FCP and Comp. Comp doesn't load at all, and FCP loads splash but then crashes when it's about to start. Does anyone know what could be causing this? 10.4.9, Pentium D 915 SSE2, Intel D945GTP, 80GB SATA 2, 1GB DDR2, GMA950 Cheers. BJMoose Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Check your ethernet controller in system profiler. FCS likes for en0 to be your primary controller. If it's not, a simple edit of the NetworkInterfaces.plist should to the trick. Hope this helps. xstorm911 Posted August 18, 2007 Share Posted August 18, 2007 Having the same problem, and edited NetworkInterfaces.plist by removing the en1 entry and renaming the en2 entry to en0, and now Final Cut Studio works flawlessly but the internet is down... any ideas ?
