Headrush69
Just buy a cheap USB/Firewire enclosure and throw in whatever IDE drive you want. This is usually cheaper than most "complete" external units for sale. BJMoose
I agree with Headrush69. There are some nice external cases out there that have eSATA, firewire 400/800, and USB in the same enclosure. I like them because they give me ultimate flexibilty and connectivity to any system the fastest data transfer that the system offers. I've connected 2 sata>esata ports to the 2 extra ports on my Mac Pro and I'm wishing hard that the next generation of the 24" iMac with allow for eSata connections (although I'm not holding my breath on that one). MacSimilian
2 days ago I bought a 200GB external harddrive for 60€ (80$). And the enclosure looks not too shabby. This one but just with 200GB.
