Hi

I have a Dell Inspiron 8600. It installed fine with the patches. When i tried to boot I got 'b0 error' so I went into Hirens boot CD and made the partition active. It gets passed that error and gets to a screen like the one when you are about to boot into the disk.

Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132

511MB memory

VESA v3.0 64MB (NVIDIA)

and all the rest except instead of booting into the disk it has the hard drive in it's place

hd(0,1) Apple MacOS X

I hit Enter and it loads loads of stuff with 'Loading HFS+ file:' before each file. After that it resets.

I have used the same Mac 10.4.6 on another Dell computer and it worked ok there. Can anyone help me fix this problem. I have tried re-installing but the same happens. Please help.

Thanks
