Pilotx33 Posted June 22, 2007 Share Posted June 22, 2007 So I have been trying to install and have these 2 symptoms. 1) it fails the checksum when mounting in the finder. 2) while I was able to finally get a disc made, the installer worked till it actually began installing. then about 1/4 inch along the yellow exclamation sign comes up saying that something is wrong with the BSD system something. iDarbert Posted June 22, 2007 Share Posted June 22, 2007 If the image fails checksum before mounting I'm afraid it's corrupt and there's nothing to do. How did you download it?
