running Uphuck 1.2 [JaS 10.4.8 with .9 upgrade] and Universal 2 kernel [may]

i have the power management kext off.

no ugly diagnostic messages... last line i "using 1310 buffer headers and 1320 cluster IO buffer header"

nothing else.

I have the same problem on an HP Pavillion P IV 2.4 Ghz. The thing is I had Myzar 10.4.6 working 100 percent. I needed the 10.4.9 version for Creative Suite 3 and Final Cut 6. But like you I'm stuck at the grey apple loading screen.

Anyone have ideas on this?

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
