bilditup1 Posted June 17, 2007 Share Posted June 17, 2007 I've been having a weird problem: randomly, OSX will switch the master and slave on my IDE channels, so that while normally master would be rdisk0 and slave would be rdisk1, the opposite occurs. OSX still boots and everything, however, this is problematic for me because of separate problems I'm having with NTFS-3g (which needs ALOT of work). This has been happening with and without NTFS-3g being installed, so I know that's not the problem. Any suggestions? Is there anyway to 'force' the correct IDE channel assignments?
