titanium g4 fix

i have old 12" g3 and i am getting a broken titanium g4.

 

here are my 2 questions or 3:

 

1. The Titanium Won't Turn On, What Should I Do To Try To Fix This?

 

2. Can & Should I Transplant The Ram And HD Over To The G3?
