Nick86 Posted June 9, 2007 Share Posted June 9, 2007 Hi all Let me start with my specs. Asus A8NVM CSM Mobo AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (MMX (+), 3DNow! (+), SSE, SSE2, SSE3, x86-64) 1 GB OF RAM 20 GB IDE ( for MAC) 80 GB SATA ( NTFS .. old windows DATA) NVIDIA GeForce 6150 + nForce 430 i just checked on OSX Project and my mobo is compitable http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/A8N-VM_CSM i have downloaded uphuck_10.4.9_universal_dvd_v1.2 and installation went smooth . but after restart it doesnt boot at all . cursor just blinking . so i gave up . and read on this forum that JAs is more stable and easy to install . so i m downloading JaS 10.4.8 AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2.iso my Q is which Kernal should i select and what other option should i select whn installation ask ? thanx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nick86 Posted June 9, 2007 Author Share Posted June 9, 2007 thanx z0rz for reply . currently downloading the 10.4.8. will let u know the result . and i think i should remove my Creative SB LIVE internal Sound card as its drivers are not available for MAC (just checked on components list .) anything else u want to suggest ?
