I am a new "hackintosher" and i would like to know if it's possible to make a "trial boot" vista/XP/OS X with this tutuorial ? eject Posted May 31, 2007 Share Posted May 31, 2007 it is possibel to do a trial boot give every OS an primary partition an it will work with a bootmanager of your choice while playing with partitions and not really knowing what you are doing make sure you got no important data on the hdd that could be lost. what i would do is make 3 primary partitions for exampel while installing OSX first (it comes with a really good partition manager) don´t format the partitons not use by osx. then install xp or vista on one of the other to primary and then the last one. after that i would install acronis bootmanager (comes with the disk director suite (or server)) and configure it.
