linv5800 Posted May 14, 2007 Share Posted May 14, 2007 Hey all , while installing , i have no problems untill i get to wher it ask's for where to install osx86 . im using jas 10.4.8 install - but it's not showing my hard drive .the istall where box is blank . any clues as what i can do ? thanks all ! SteveStar Posted May 14, 2007 Share Posted May 14, 2007 If you have a nForce4 chipset and a SATA hd, it won't work. Then you have to patch your installation or buy a IDE hdd. linv5800 Posted May 14, 2007 Author Share Posted May 14, 2007 i have a ide hd and my mobo is a gigabyte - 8i865gme . and what i did was make a partition for the osx86 but it's not showing any hd , and i have 2 . i did the disc utility but maybe i should try it again ? right now im on vista with a dual boot with xp pro . want to 3 boot .
