Terminal? file won't install?

Hi there ,you guys helped me out getting a driver for my SiS760 soundcard which was great but i downloaded

and when trying to install in terminal it won't do saying it cannot install the binary file? please any help? i've

tryed typing the dir in and also dragging the file straight into terminal but to no avail.

If you're having trouble executing the install.sh:

 

Open the terminal, type "cd", drag the folder onto the terminal window, then press enter. After that, type "./install.sh" and it should ask you for your password. Enter it and the script should run.

Hi thanks for the quick reply, i don't have a password so just hitting enter takes me into the root# prompt, tried running both ways and still getting the same problem, i havbe unzipped the folder onto the desktop, but whatever way (sudo -s) or just dragging etc i'm still getting

 

bash: /users/mat/Desktop/SiS7012/install.sh: cannot execute binary file

 

starting to pull my hair out now :(
