I have a 186gig drive that I set as active and choose when setting up Vmware. When I boot into OSX the only drives available are the Install Image and a 128gig drive... If I look under the Device Manager My Sata Drives shows as Silicon Image sil 3132 But if I look under Accessories > System Tools > System Information > Storage > IDE, then I see Intel 82801G ICH7 Family SATA Controller Hmm Ok I pulled out the mobo book. I see I have sata 1 - 4 provided by intel and sta 5,6,7 by Silicon Image. Guess I should try it on the SIL.
