sam9879 Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 Please suggest me some working Ethernet Card for my x86 OS X 10.4.8 JaS. I'm running it on Intel 1.8GHz, Intel 845GERG2 Mainboard. I've RTL8139 PCI Adapter but didn't work. Everything else works fine...so help me connect to Internet on my Mac OS by suggesting PCI Lan card that works with it... beeboo Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 i have same jas10.4.8 / same integr netw ifc and when i installed i did it selecting minimal packages. i got the same problem with ethernet card, but the real problem was only a wrong configuration. for same reason network is connected to a wrong device. you need to connect only to en0 or built-in ethernet, deselecting any other connection (serial, firewire, etc) (system preference / network / network port configuration tab) this is what i did bye Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
