duplicating ethernet?

mk. i installed osx a few days ago. every time i would boot, everything worked great. the internet worked without me even changing the settings.

 

now when i boot the internet doesnt work,so i go into the network settings as it goes

"oh man found an ethernet card"

 

take a look at my screen shot. it does this every time i boot, so it shows like 20 duplicate cards

 

then i have to select one of the cards (same card. lol) and click apply now.

 

this is what i have to do every time i boot.
