I'm pretty sure there will be tablet PCs of any size when the public demands it. So, yes. Tablets need to be portable though, so I don't know how portable laptops truly get when you hit the 15" mark. I've had 14", 15", and 17" laptops, and 15+ becomes less portable, and more "desktop replacement."
