smooth3006 Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 i want to install windows xp, windows vista and mac os x 10.4.8 on my gateway laptop ( triple boot ). is there any install guides or tips you guys can give me that is specific to my needs ? doesnt anybody know ??? JSn1™ Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 I guess that your computer has Windows XP preinstalled right? You can continue now. NOTE: Vista has to be the last OS installed. Create 2 new partitions from the free space in Windows XP partition, the 2 new partition have to be primary NTFS, apply, and then install OSX86, be careful to erase the partition, and select the correct one. When the installation finishes, insert your Vista DVD, install in the remaining partition. Boot in Windows XP, look on the Internet for a program called Xtended Fdisk, that program has a boot manager that launches Windows XP, Vista and Mac OS X. If you need further information just PM me.
