caraloca
Hi, i have an ibook G3 version 10.39..900mhz.. 640mb. Can i update it to a newer version or my ibook is not good enough for it?. I want to update it to be able to install win xp in a partition but i read that to use bootcamp i need version 10.43 at least. If yes, how can I do it manually because I tried software update but I dont see that option. Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/46206-updating-my-ibook-g3/ Share on other sites

Thanks You have to buy 10.4, then update to 10.4.9 (10.3 is a different OS) Windows only works with bootcamp on intel macs. (Windows is compiled for x86 only) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/46206-updating-my-ibook-g3/#findComment-330936 Share on other sites
