errandwolfe Posted March 21, 2007 Share Posted March 21, 2007 If I recall correctly the .lit format was a proprietary format that M$ developed to put DRM in eBooks. They were supposed to be the hot thing oh say about 5 years ago, but the format never took off. It seems people don't enjoy reading entire books on their computer and the Pocket PC and Palm were the only other devices to support it. I think Palm has long since dropped support. A friend of mine told me that there is a Linux app able to open them though, and since my files are not DRM'ed...
