AngelO. Posted March 17, 2007 Share Posted March 17, 2007 Hello! I got working Tiger 10.4.8 on my PentiumD pc. Everything is perfect! And i have Tiger Server on my MBP. So i would like to upgrade my PC to server. I would like to know, what files were patched to run on PC. Ofcource i will leve kernel from my PC. I'm affraid that if i will just copy all files from server, some wont run on pc Does enybody have some ideas? Posted March 17, 2007 Author Share Posted March 17, 2007 Unfortunatly it didnot work ( I replaced ony kernel and login window app. When I try to load, i see only blue screen and nothing happening i tryed safe mode, but got the same result. coucou Posted April 4, 2007 Share Posted April 4, 2007 badaboum ... my server is broken . update with 10.4.9 no reboot, and jas 10.4.9 combo update update fine but when reboot : floating point exception. and now i have a command line; uname -r = 8,9,1, ok semthex kernel is here ;-) but no gui for os server . (initial install : install 10.4.8 jas dvd sse etc. (on asrock conroe 945g-dvi + celeron 352) and after that install 10.4.7 server package ... about gave me 10;4.7 server : well; and do 10.4.9 official update no reboot and install jas 10.4.9 combo --without rebooting-- no boot ok ... pouahh lol ;-) ) need a little help ;-) i'm tired , go to bed now. bye friends.
