I have drives that work SATA in a RAID, etc. So with that in mind I would like to keep my setup the way it is as much as possible, mainly cause my 6800 can be softmodded into a Quadro FX 4000 in windows for my animation apps. But I would like to upgrade the processor to something in the x2 flavor. Has the core stuttering been fixed or do I have to disable one core? I can overclock my processor now but I want the full dual core experience for apps like Final Cut and Shake.
