this is a low profile agp card. i am not sure what the on board chipset is or if it would work better. i have programs like chess and ichat crash.

can someone please point me in the right direction?

Ok, it seems your card has these properties:

Graphics card : ATI RADEON VE DDR

Chip Type : ATI RV100(QY)

DAC Type : Internal DAC (350Mhz)

Memory Size : 32 MB

Adapter String : 1002-5159-02

I don't believe a card like this even supports QE/CI. I could be wrong though.

That's a radeon 7000, should support QE, definitely not CI -Seems an unbelievably ancient card to find in a computer. Are you sure that's correct?
