srs2388 Posted March 9, 2007 Share Posted March 9, 2007 After a lot of work I got 10.4.8 working on my PC on my spare hard drive I have a dell dimension 4550 NVIDIA GeFroce MX 420 graphics card and a sound blaster live sound card Intel P4 processor 2.4Ghz 256MB of ram The Nvidia card had to have the titan.kext deleted and a few other nvidia kext files to get my ethernet to work i replaced the new IONetworkingFamily.kext with the one from 10.4.3 did a few commands and repaired permissions on the disk... now everything except sound and 'about this mac' work....
