Than0s01
Hi There, I have been testing with Jas 4.8 AMD Intel SSE3 on my DFI Nforce4 and 6800 pcie. I just had an unexpected result. I have done a fair amount of reading in an effort to get my gfx card and display 21"crt to function. After having installed Natit kext, and modifying Resman, NVDA40, IONDRV, with my device ID, I rebooted to a working display. Great. Here is the riddle... After I rebooted: ;onboard NIC connected at gigabit speed, previously it was not working. ;onboard Audio started to function line IN/OUT, previously not working. Does anybody have a possible explaination? I hope that an answer will help me understand a little more about OSX and how its interacting with my hardware. If anybody needs more information to help solve this riddle PM me, I'll try to be helpfull. Has anyone else experienced a similar result? Does anyone care? idividebyzero
same thing here, Im guessing its simply an issue with safemode disabling that stuff. It all works fine in normal mode but when I boot into safemode again the ethernet is disabled like usual.
