cpulouie
After the install of JaS 10.4.8 OSX the first reboot give me this screen. I try the power off and turned it on and still same thing: Its seems to install just fine. Its when it reboots after its done I get that. Now as for the installation I picked custom install. One thing I notice is if you pick custom then press continue (the INTEL files/drivers are not checked off) -Would it still work. Also if I was to pick them all is that OK. I would guess it just needs the drivers only if the hardware is installed. Let me know what you all think Thanks, CpuLouie motherboard: ASUS - P4P800-VM CPU : intel Celeron 2.8 RAM 256 DDR400 Hard drive1: Wdc 80gb SATA (has the install of MAC OSX86) Hard drive2: Seagate 200gb SATA (this as a NTFS partition, just some backup files that were on the XP machine) video Onboard from motherboard network: onboard Sound: onboard DVDRW: Liteon 16x Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44369-jas-1048-first-reboot-custom-installation/ Share on other sites
Bruce Wang
I am not sure if your CPU supports SSE3. If you are sure it does, try just select JaS.10.4.8.Combo.Update and one Kernel (semthex or mifki) in JaS.10.4.8.Packages.
