Meatwagon
OK i cant boot into osx now, and i know its a problem with the hd's partition. Here is what happened, I was copying files over from my memory card to my OSX partition via, macdrive beta 2, and then the compuer died, battery was dead, and i though it was plugged in, Now i cant book into osx, see the pic for the details. also i tried to browse through the drive and my USERS folder was gone, I rebooted, now its back , but windows has made all these weird folders, what the heck can i do/??/? or am i doomed to have to reinstall everything?? thanks for the help, Jamie Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/43655-mac-partition-pooped/ Share on other sites
hecker
The best and easiest thing I can think of is to boot off your install DVD and use the "Disk Utilites" application to "repair" the drive in question. Check this great site for more help : http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106214 Remeber to always make a backup of your system. Use "SuperDuper!". It's free, and it works flawlessly. hecker Edited February 26, 2007 by hecker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/43655-mac-partition-pooped/#findComment-311938 Share on other sites
