zedzed
I am looking at building a Hacintosh based PVR. I want to use an Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (65W) Dual Core Socket AM2 Windsor 2.0GHz, 2x512KB Cache CPU due to the lower TDP. I want use a Micro ATX motherboard. Which would you recommend for this project? zedzed
Here are some mobos that I am looking at: Asus M2NBP-VM http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?d...&cid=MB.526 Asus M2NPV-VM Socket AM2 $103 HDTV (bundles HDTV/AV/S output module) http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?d...&cid=MB.526 Gigabyte GA-M51GM-S2G http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?d...&cid=MB.526 I need a micro-ATX mobo to fit into the HTPC case I just bought. Silverstone LC11 Note: I have checked the HCL and it seems that AMD mobos might not be the way to go. Too many people complaining about too many things not working. What do you folks think?
