If I have say a browser window open on screen 2, the browser menu bar is on screen 1, so each time I want an item from one of the menus, I have to move from one screen to the other and back. With a browser, you can at least put most of the popular menu items on the browser toolbar, but for other apps it may be impossible. Is there a better way?
