I recently added the rd=disk1s2 flag in boot.plist. I think I did it wrong, because now on boot it gives me the prohibitory sign at the apple screen. Is there anything I can do to remove that string in boot.plist with the installation dvd or safe mode or something?

Thanks ahead of time.

If you normally type cpus=1 as your boot option type that and the rd=disk?s? depending on what the correct OS X partition is.

cpus=1 rd=disk0s1

Is the example if it is the first partition.

Thank you so much! Now I just need work on the issue of audio that doesn't mute. Xbench is at 77 now, which isn't bad.
