anonymouz
First of all I'm new to all of this so maybe my problem is easy to solve. I used the JaS OS 10.4.8 DVD. Everything works fine to the point where i'm supposed to select the destination. The partition just doesn't show up. I used Acronis Disk Director to set up the partition (FAT 32, 25 GB). Then I used the Disk Utility that's on the DVD to turn that partition into a Mac OS Extended (Journaled) one but it doesn't show up. My specs: ASUS G1 Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2 GB RAM Gefore Go 7700 with 256 MB 160 GB HDD Thanks for any help. anonymouz
my problem was that i forgot to set the partition type to AF. thanks anyways. after i did that the installation worked pretty ok. osx just set it's partition active so i had to use gparted do undo that. i can boot to osx now but unfotunately once it gets to the logon screen everzthing turn red then blue and i also get some stripes and then i have to turn of my notebook 'cause it says so. i've red that the geforce go 7700 isn't supported but that editing some kernel extension would help. thanks for any help in advance.
