me_ankit
Processor - AMD 3200+ AM2 Motherboard - ASUS M2NPV-MX Ram - 1024 Mb DDR II 533 Mhz Audio - Soundmax AD1967/8a HD Audio (Device id 1968) Graphics - Onboard 6150 - 430 Nvidia Chipset (Device id 0240) After many errors and reinstalls i have finally got MacOSX release by Jas v 10.4.8 working with onboard audio on my pc. However regardless whatever i do my Onboard Graphics is not being detected on my MAc. I have tried the natit and the titan installers both of which result in a kernel panic at boot (Hangs with the display press power to restart computer). I have even tried MACVidia's latest compatibility driver which does the same. Only i can successfully install the newer Macvidia beta2 drivers and i get no error messages but nothing else changes either. iDVD still shows video device error on launch. 1) I Really need to enable QE 2) I really need to change my screen resolution from 1042x768 to my lcd's native 1440x900. PLEASE HELP...... (is there a confirmed solution for my onboard gpu????) debauchery1st
I was in the macvidia IRC channel and according to somebody in there... it's the 61xx chip that is giving them problems, not the onboard part. So it seems that as soon as they get the 61xx chip working, the onboard 6150 will work as well. at least there's some hope.
