NinoD
Hi all, I want to get coverflow working on my osx86, but it apparantly needs an iTunes Store account so that I can download album covers for my mp3 collection. Is it fine for me to sign up to an account? do I need to put any form of information about myself or card details, and if I do would it be ok with the fact that i'm using a hackintosh? erbic
Consider that iTunes works on both Mac and Windows with the exact same account. They don't care what computer you're using it on. Case in point: I've used the same iTunes Store account on my PC, my Hackintosh system on the same PC, and on my MacBook Pro with no issues whatsoever. EDIT: An iTunes Store account requires some personal information, but there is absolutely NO way they can trace your Hackintosh back to it. I don't believe they can trace a Hackintosh at all, personally. thunder.scripts
In case you don't want/can't get an iTunes store account, there's this little application called Corripio that will download cover art from iTunes Music Store and a few other places. It's free and it works with your iTunes Library, so you don't have to add your music manually. It can also download lyrics and fix your tags, but I haven't tried that. http://nclasssoftware.com/index.php/nClassSoftware/corripio/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42827-itunes-storecoverflow/#findComment-310066 Share on other sites
