blipoids Posted February 15, 2007 Share Posted February 15, 2007 hello everyone... this is my first post here, and i just want to get down to business... i still havent finished all my exams this term but something happened to me out of a sudden and now it seems life with my 'old trusty pc' is getting harder and harder. anyway, i'm just wondering if my current setup could even dream to 'seduce' osx86: gigabyte 8ik110 - intel 875, socket 478 pentium 4 3.0g sse3 ati 9550 1gb ram serial ata hdd seagate the minute this semester ends i want to attempt an osx86 installation on this configuration but i wanted to hear your opinions first... so will it run? my current knowledge about this is that because of the graphics chip i'm going to have serious issues with quartz etc in tiger. also, i heard something about that serial ata drive... so what do you think? should i fight goliath with this one? thank you for all your help and time Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42514-need-strong-advice-from-educated-people/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
