Hi,

I've just installed OSX and plan to settle with it replacing windows (xp). I currently have only OSX installed on disk0s2 and the rest of the disk is emtpy.

I'd like to know how can I convert those partitions from FAT32 to HFS+, or if required I can delete those partitions and create HFS+ partitions from unallocated space.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

@Dax: I don't want to reinstall everything all over again now. It has taken me tremendous effort to setup everything (keyboard mouse, sound etc..)

:hysterical:

@paco: I tried the disk utility from within osx, but it just erases with 'MS DOS' file system. Are you sure it'd format HFS+ from dvd?

Thanks

Well, everything works for me in osx. Besides the usual stuff, all my hardware (HP PSC 1315 Printer, Nikon Camera etc..) works and I can even share files and internet with my laptop (xp home) through LAN. Just my PCI network card (Dlink DFE 520TX) doesn't work, but thats okay.

I don't think I'll install windows on this machine anytime soon now. :-)
