GCY
I've never seem to get mac osx working properly on my PC. Its been months since the last time I installed it(10.4.6 version) does the 10.4.8 version fix the audio, video, and internet problem yet? I know there are other hacks to fix those but I can't never get them working. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42199-1048-version/ Share on other sites
hecker
Hey, I had a lot of problems with 10.4.6 as well, but with 10.4.8 all my stuff (except AGP card, which I fixed later) worked out of the box. So give it a try, but remember to backup your system first. The new "releases" include tons a new stuff like the latest apple updates and of course the latest kernel. DanS
GCY, Give us the specs of your PC? If it is a name brand, Vendor and model number. If it is a home built; motherboard, processor, video (AGP or PCI), audio (built in or card), etc. You can also check the OSX project site on Wiki http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page to see if your PC or its components will work with 10.4.8 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42199-1048-version/#findComment-301845 Share on other sites
