Hi,

I have got everything to work apart from the choppy sound but that is something to do with the version of VMware I am using. (Can I use any version 5 of VMware or is 5.5.0 build 16958 the quickest ?)

I now have two hard drives on the mac desktop:

1. Macintosh

2. Untitled

1. Macintosh is where Darwin was installed and 2. Untitled is where I installed OSX 10.4.1 via PearPC originally.

Can I delete the Untitled drive ?

During installation I performed a ./ditto command what exactly did this do ?

Did it copy all the stuff from 2. Untitled to 1. Macintosh ? and therefore I can remove 1. Untitled ?

How do I remove untitled if I can do so ?

Thanks

:)

yes, 16958 is quite a bit quicker

yes, it's safe to remove the untited drive.

is it part of a single vmware image that you have? or in vmware do you have mulptiple HD images? you can check this by clicking edit on your vmware machine.

Okay I will keep VMWare and sacrifice the sound.

Good I wanted to remove the untitled drive.......I have two .img files I have:

In VMware:

Hard Disk IDE 0:0 (Disk File Mach-000003.vmdk)

Hard Disk 2 IDE 0:1 (Disk File Copy of Mach-000003.vmdk)

Does this mean I can remove Hard Disk 2.....please say yes !
