pjcau Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 (edited) Salve a tutti, ho provato proprio ieri il nuovo kernel ma per un errore mio ho copiato in Extension IOPCIFamily.kext(1.1) che poi ho rimpiazzato col IOPCIFamyli.kext(2.1) come da default nel nuovo kernel. Ma adesso quando lo avvio mi da qiesto kernel panic, che non capisco da che derivi: vi allego l'immagine del kerne panic. Come avete visto io ho una agp ati 9600 pro. Nella 10.4.4 io ho usato callisto e agpgart. Invece ho seguito la stessa procedura, dato che nelle guide non si specifica niente, mettendo AGPgart beta amd64 e callisto 008, ma mi crea un kernel panic e vi allego la foto. pjcau Posted February 6, 2007 Author Share Posted February 6, 2007 Ho installato secondo la guida di SAxMachine (su ati agp non x1000) i seguenti driver Callisto 008 e AGPGart light 1.1, ma il risultato è stato sempre lo stesso cioè QE & CI non sono abilitati ma qualcosa nel Profilo di sistema alla voce scheda grafica è cambiata. Vi Posto l'immagine. Mi ha riconsciuto il modello del chipset, la vram mentre di disturba il fatto che alla voce bus scriva pci!!!! Sarà forse un problema di agpgart??? Visto ke voi nn cercate e ricercate, nei vekkissimi forum.... Modificate il file info plist facendo risultare quanto segue: <key>IONameMatch</key> <array> <string>pciclass,060400</string> <string>pci10de,e2</string> </array> penso sia kiaro e facile individuare la zona dove ci sono le istruzioni IONameMatch. Allora il mio, è un problema singolo o un problema di ATI???? Fatemi capire al più presto. Ma il problema che facendo i test con xbench, mi da punti bassissimi e poi andando a vedere me la riconsce sempre come PCI, anche se è un AGP. Mi da problemi se uso versioni di AGPGart inferiori alla 2.0, mentre come callisto ho usato la 008. Arrivati a questo punto penso bene che sia proprio qualcosa di AGPGart che mi rompe. Vi posto l'immagine del profilo di sistema alla vode scheda grafica.
