TheElementWithin
I love OSx86, but I haven't used it in a few months now. I have a External (USB) Creative SoundBlaster Extigy soundcard. OSx86 picked it up, and I had sound. It shutters. ---a lot. Is thier a way I can fix this? I am thinking about just taking my speakers and pluging them directly into my motherboard, bypassing my soundcard alltogether. Justin R.
Try going into Audio MIDI Setup in your Utilities folder and changing it to 48000.0 Hz if it isn't set for it already. VaiOSX
If your Sound Card is plugged in a USB-HUB, You will have to consider to plug it directly to your computer. This will reduce the latency and some weird problems. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/4120-audio/#findComment-26890 Share on other sites
