derdhal Posted November 4, 2005 Share Posted November 4, 2005 Hi I have the update package but I´m running Vmware with the deadmoo image and I don´t have space in the 6gb virtual drive. In the news forum I have seen a message from jrrjrr saying something about modifing some files to reduce the disk requirements but what files? and What is the exact modification? If anybody knows the proccess please post it or post the modified files. Munky^ Posted November 4, 2005 Share Posted November 4, 2005 edit Info.plist in the package contents, about 3/4 down is the file size in bytes, just take the 1 off the front. I think the first person who posted this said they noticed a net install size of about 900Mb, so you need to make sure you have that much space - probably wouldn't be pretty if the disk got full in the middle of system updates.
