XeroGlitch
I searched the forums for hours and i've always found tons of helpfull information but i cant find any help for this. I have 10.4.7 installed, and i als have 10.4.8 Tubgirl on my desk besides me. Is it possible to update to 10.4.8 with this dvd somehow? files on the dvd? I tryed to install tubgirl version through vmware, it worked the firsttime, but after i reformated, and try to install it , it doesnt work no more for some reason. I keep getting "Please try again" for the install at the base system installation. n86i
Well, i installed 10.4.6 before and after i installed 10.4.8 by just placing the dvd in and custom installing it over the 10.4.6 install. It should have the option to update instead of the option to install. XeroGlitch
Custom installing it, as in rebooting the computer, booting into the 10.4.8 DVD , and lookin for "upgrade" on the screen? Or throwin the dvd in while in Mac OS X 10.4.7 then going to a certain folder? Thanks for the reply.
