bigdaddystep
I have searched and searched everyforum and I can not find info on this, if it just doesn't work that is fine, I can live it, but I am confused about the ./patcher amd*.txt that I was supposed to run after the install, am i supposed to do this as a boot option or what? I am just a little confused about all of this, any pointers or points to the right post would be fantastic. Thank you very much. adriandkicks
You could try "platform=X86" or "Legacy" or "cpus=2" or all or a combo in the same line Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/41043-question-amd-turion-64-x2-shows-1-core-in-system-profiler/#findComment-293284 Share on other sites
Colonel
Don't listen to what System Profiler says. Open up Activity Monitor and click the CPU tab. If it shows two CPU usage graphics, then OS X is seeing/using both processors.
